Mandex is a PPE compliance and lifecycle management platform designed to help organisations manage worker compliance, PPE tracking, inspections, certifications, audit records, and related operational workflows.

  • “Customer”, “you”, and “your” refer to any individual or organisation using the Services.

2. Eligibility

  • The data is accurate and lawful;

  • Your use complies with workplace, privacy, and regulatory obligations.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Platform access may occasionally be affected by:

  • Maintenance;

  • Updates;

  • Security incidents;

  • Third-party service outages;

  • Technical issues beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

7. Integrations and Third-Party Services

Mandex may integrate with third-party systems including:

  • ERP platforms;

  • HR systems;

  • Asset management systems;

  • Safety platforms;

  • Document storage services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party platform availability;

  • Third-party data accuracy;

  • Third-party security practices;

  • Issues caused by third-party systems.

Use of third-party services may also be governed by separate terms and policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Services, including:

  • Software;

  • Designs;

  • Branding;

  • Content;

  • Documentation;

  • Workflows; and

  • Platform functionality

remain the property of Mandex or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property to you.

You must not:

  • Copy;

  • Modify;

  • Reverse engineer;

  • Resell;

  • Redistribute; or

  • Exploit

the Services without written permission.

9. Fees and Billing

Certain Services may require payment.

Pricing, billing arrangements, and subscription terms will be provided separately.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Fees are payable in the agreed currency;

  • Payments are non-refundable;

  • Taxes may apply where required by law.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

Customers remain responsible for workplace safety and regulatory obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Mandex is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages;

  • Mandex is not liable for lost profits, lost data, downtime, or business interruption;

  • Total liability is limited to fees paid for the Services during the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mandex from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services;

  • Breach of these Terms;

  • Violation of applicable laws;

  • Unauthorised or unlawful Customer Data.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where:

  • These Terms are breached;

  • Payment obligations are not met;

  • Platform misuse is identified;

  • Continued access creates security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

17. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update:

  • The Services;

  • Platform features;

  • Pricing;

  • These Terms

from time to time.

Updated Terms will become effective once published on the website.

Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia.
